Hotel management are not friendly and rude. Being in hospitality business,it's advisable to be flexible with check-in check-out policy to ensure customer satisfaction. They made us checkout the room early in the morning due to their 24- hour checkout policy and didn't agree for extension even though I offered to pay extra amount. It's very difficult to manage with kids and elders at this hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place for a peaceful stay.There are many good hotels nearby to book.
We a family of 5 stayed for one day only.Amazing stay ..it is more comfortable and safe place. Facilities they provided are great.Free AC accommodation (dormitory bunk bed) for our driver. Room attendant Mr.Suresh helped a lot and so caring..Gave information about ferry booking (online) and made sure we visited every tourist place before closing time...Thank you so much Highly recommended
Good stay, clean rooms and washroom, drinking water was available anytime on floor. You can view sunrise from terrace. Overall good experience
Not recommended, i took a room & the water facility in bath room is not there.. At the time of checkin.. the receptionist told me... that if any service like tea or something..just give a ring in reception. At the same time - they have purchased from outside from a tea stall & charged rs 40 per tea.. I personally enquired with nearby tea stall... He told me that, the hotel people give just 10 per tea... Balance rs30/ tea- they have cheated from customers... The receptionist ( an aged old man ) is arrogant character the customers.... So if anybody take the room over there.. Pls don't order anything in room...
This hotel is situated about 800 m. from seashore.From this place Swami Vivekanand rock,triveni Sangam, Kanyakumari temple is within walking distance. Room was clean & comfortable. Good cooperative staff.
