Horrible experience here. In the morning on the way to OOTY, we stopped here. The breakfast was hot and fresh and we appreciated the server also. In the evening, on our way back home we re-visited the same place but had terrible experience. I ordered Idly vada. The idly was like stone and oil was dripping from vada. I asked the waiter for fresh food and different vada as the idly was like stone and vada was oily. He literally took away the vada from plate, threw it inside a dustbin and arrogantly told , " Should I serve vada to this lady ? " and lifted his hands as if he wanted to hit me. The owner of the restaurant was least bothered to make his server ask an apology to the customer. It was such an awful and pathetic experience. WHEN YOU ARE IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY, AND PEOPLE ARE PAYING FOR IT, KINDLY MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE GOOD QUALITY SERVICES.

If you leave early in morning from Bangalore to Kerela or Ooty side and looking for best breakfast this is the perfect place in gudalur You won't regret for sure!!!!

Stopped by for evening tea and snacks. Nothing special, just average. The cleanliness was okay, and the staff wasn't particularly engaging. Opted for a quick visit and left.

Breakfast @ India Coffee House , Gudalur . Idly was not good , Wada , Masala Dosa & Uthappam were good .
