We from Malaysia and went for lunch with group of 10. The food is nice but we were very disappointed with their service. The staff was rude and manipulative in words. The staff when serving food not serving properly. Serving one in a table of 4 and left the other 3 unserved and walk away. Like the staff were zoned out. And the person in charge (photo attached) raising his voice at us ( Customer ). As a customer who visiting Tamil Nadu every 4 months once for past 20 years , we will definitely won't recommend this restaurant to anyone. This will be our first and last visit to this franchise.

Re: Extremely Disappointed with the Manager's Rude Behaviour I visited AMUTHA SURABHI on 22nd Oct 2025 with my family/friends, and we were very disappointed by the way the restaurant manager, Mr Bala Sundram treated us. Instead of providing basic courtesy and good customer service, the manager spoke to us with a rude tone and disrespectful attitude. We tried to explain our concern politely, but the manager was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially in a service oriented business. We have always enjoyed visiting AMUTHA SURABHI, but this experience has left a very bad impression. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures that staff, especially managers to treat customers with respect and professionalism in the future. Thank you

Worst experience in this hotel... Very disappointed! Management need to improve We have booked ac hall for our family Function. Food arranged here. They are only money minded. Specially the person in charge Manager Jaganathan balasundar is no 1 fraud. (Photo Attached) Function food differ from our quotation rate. We paid extra 15k from our quotation. We never see like this fraud type hotel in everywhere.. we are strongly un recommended this hotel. dont go here for any function booking

I am a regular customer of Amutha Surabi hotel Gopi from day one of their start to till today. It is one of the best hotel serving delicious food items . The Manager Mr.Balasundaram is very well known to me. A customer friendly person with smiling face used to receive the customers. Brushing aside his position as manager during rush periods he used to work like a server. Even during trying hours he used to be polite, calm and a highly balanced person. This restaurant is a favourite one for our entire family and we have been customers to their chain of hotels for a long time. Great taste, good service and lovely atmosphere. The flavours are rich, comforting and reminded me of home-cooked meals. Everything is fresh, perfectly spiced and served hot. The service is polite and quick. This is a great place for families and friends alike. Sufficient parking for cars and two wheelers is available. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys traditional South Indian vegetarian food.
