I am a frequent traveler and stayed in many hotels By far my worst experience in any hotel. Rooms were very unclean. We even found some water bottle from floor which was used by whoever stayed earlier. We had call them to clean up room. Breakfast time was 8 to 10 at 9:15 we went to eat everything was empty. They said because it was crowded this morning. Will never return to this hotel. Will discourage anyone from coming here. If the ownership don't start looking in to mismanagement they might even have to close down the hotel in the near future.

Extremely Unprofessional & Rude Reception - Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible experience at Lemurian Hotel right from the inquiry stage. The receptionist was incredibly rude, responding with a harsh tone and an unwelcoming attitude. Rather than assisting potential guests politely, they seemed irritated by even basic questions. Hospitality should be about making guests feel comfortable, but here, it felt more like I was disturbing them by simply asking for information. To make things worse, there was no proper seating for guests who came to book a room. While customers were left standing, a person--who seemed to be the owner--was comfortably seated, watching everything with an intimidating presence. The atmosphere was far from professional, and the entire experience felt unwelcoming, almost as if guests were being treated as a nuisance rather than valued customers. A hotel should prioritize customer service and ensure a welcoming environment, but Lemurian Hotel fails miserably in this regard. If this is how they treat people before even checking in, I can only imagine how bad the service would be after booking a stay. I strongly do not recommend this hotel unless they make serious improvements in their customer service and management. Save yourself the trouble--there are far better hotels with professional service!

This is my regular stay when I come to cumbum that's because of the room facility which is clean and comfort,staff cooperation is so good ,the car parking facility is good and don't believe bad reviews

Rooms are not clean with lot of cockroachs, bathroom fittings are very old, no proper ventilation, no exhaust fan... For this kind of room the charges are very high
