Very worst experience at A2B. I went on Sunday around 10 AM and placed an order for 3 poori sets, 2 dosas, and 5 vadas. Only dosa came in 15 minutes, but poori and vada took almost 1 hour to arrive. My whole family was left waiting and frustrated. What's even worse, the staff were more focused on Swiggy and Zomato online orders than the people sitting inside. Even though many customers were waiting, the servers didn't care. When I asked about my order, they responded rudely and aggressively. It looks like dine-in customers are the least priority here. Management really needs to fix this and train the staff properly, otherwise people will simply prefer going to other restaurants where service is respectful and timely. I never expected this kind of poor service from A2B. Definitely not recommended.
