Got evening snacks couple times from this place. Samosa was pretty solid and well made. But bun maska, pineapple maska bun were a disaster. Just slathered butter n pineapple jam in between a store bought low quality bun.

Pretty average for a tea shop. We had cardamom tea and normal tea. It tastes very bad and maybe for a quick brunch or snack it might be okayish. Definitely not for a cup of Chai

If you are looking for "authentic" and "value* then this is the place! Friendly people, great for conversations, family friendly seating! Food is fantastic and we just kept ordering different dishes until everyone was tapping out! 5+ stars! (Wish I had taken more food pics -too busy eating and enjoying the conversation!)

Chai n' Gupshup's service was disappointing. I received the wrong food entirely, which was frustrating, especially after a long wait. However, the food, despite being incorrect, was surprisingly tasty. The flavors were rich, and the dishes were well-prepared. While the food redeemed the experience, the poor service and order mix-up left a sour taste. Hopefully, they'll improve their order accuracy in the future. For now, I'm unsure if I'd risk it again.

Beautiful setup with calm, colorful decor and a very tidy seating area. Their mint chutney sandwich was something special! The chai was perfectly brewed. It's a great place to relax or even read a book. Service was quick and friendly.
