Amidst the morning rush, I decided to try this spot for breakfast. The taste was quite good, though the chutneys had more of a pickle-like flavor, which didn't quite hit the spot. While the staff was friendly, the presence of flies raised concerns about hygiene.

Annapoorna, Coimbatore - the name alone speaks volumes, rendering introductions and recommendations superfluous. I'm sharing my experience. We visited Valparai and had already planned to have dinner at Annapoorna. It had been a long time since we'd eaten here. We ordered multiple dishes, including Mushroom 65, 14 idlis, Baracooli starters, Butter Naan, Podi Dosa, Panner butter masala, and Chole poori. While all were good, some dishes weren't hot, and the Mushroom 65 was salty and lacked crispiness. Overall, the experience was good, with the idlis, sambar, and dosas tasting excellent. However, the service needs improvement, as no one took ownership of attending to customers. The atmosphere was neat and clean, and live music would be a welcome addition. Prices were reasonable. Parking was challenging when we visited. I recommend visiting with family and friends to experience the heritage location and enjoy the food.

Best and very tasty food at very affordable pricing. Best and mouth watering authentic south India dishes with lots of varieties.

For people coming to district court and nearby residents for quick bites coffee and snacks and south Indian tiffin items and sweets good place.

There could be few minutes waiting time during peak hours to get seated but always faster. Only vegetarian food served here. Annapoorna is very famous for filter coffee and tasty Medu Vadai in various forms such as Thayir vadai (vadai soaked in curd), Sambar vadai (Vadai soaked in Sambar - south indian traditional curry). As well they serve tasty buttermilk. The menu covers South and North Indian vegetarian dishes. This joint located right in front of Coimbatore integrated court complex hence the restaurant is packed with fast moving customers. Trained order takers, food served with smile. Fast table clearing and cleaning service. They serve warm water to drink. Recommend to taste Gulab Jamoon or Rasmalai here for dessert. Many Women employees are assigned on various roles, from order taking to to table clearing service.... excellent. Limited street parking, since busy area you need to park a bit farther and walk. Tasty food, friendly service in the fast moving ambience gives satisfactory experience. AREA of IMPROVEMENT: While clearing the table stainless steel plates, glass and katories handling method makes louder noise which is very disturbing and to be takencare. This will eliminate noise and add comfort for the customers.
