I usually don't prefer to give negative reviews, but my experience here was very disappointing. I visited this place with my team of 6 people during our trip. Even though there were empty tables available, the staff did not allow us to sit there. We waited for almost 20 minutes without any response or guidance. I also noticed that a family behind us was waiting as well, but no arrangements were made. Finally, we left and had our dinner at Aryas Express nearby Coimbatore railway station, where the service and food were far better. Customer service is as important as food quality, and I hope this restaurant improves in that aspect.
