I recently ordered meals on Zomato from this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The quantity of rice was extremely less, the kulambu mentioned in the menu was missing, and instead I received 2-3 boxes of the same kulambu, which was not tasty. They had listed potato poriyal and other varieties, but no poriyal was provided at all. The packaging was also of very poor quality. I had placed the order based on the ratings, but I now believe those ratings are all fake. This was a complete waste of my time and money. Every penny is hard-earned, and I placed the order while I was very hungry--yet the food quality and service were unacceptable. Please take this feedback seriously and ensure such experiences do not happen to other customers.
