About New Pattukottai Kamatchi Mess (GST Road, Pallavaram)
7 Varieties of non veg gravies (Chicken, Kaadai, Prawn, Nattu kozhi, Crab, Mutton & Fish) will be served along with rice kottu poriyal, Karavadu thokku, Rasam and curd.
I recently visited Pattukottai Kamatchi Mess in Pallavaram, and it was a very disappointing experience.
First, the raitha they served was bitter, and even after repeatedly informing multiple staff members, no one replaced it. Each time I asked, they kept bringing back the same bitter raitha. It was clear there was no communication between the staff.
Later, when my chicken biriyani arrived, I had just started eating when I found a thick piece of hair in it. I immediately informed them, and while they offered to bring another plate, I had already lost my appetite by then.
What was worse when I got the bill, they still charged me for the biriyani with hair. When I explained politely, the staff argued and even gave false information to their manager saying I had eaten it fully, which was completely untrue.
This was extremely disappointing both the food hygiene and customer service were unacceptable. I hope the management seriously looks into improving their kitchen cleanliness and staff communication to prevent this from happening to others.

The quantity and quality of the food is very moderate. We went around dinner time, it was less seated but service was very bad. We ordered dosa after completing the mutton kema dosa it came very late so we lost our hunger for the food. Really they should improve service and keep on asking for the menu a number of times.
Instead of playing their promotion video on tv they can better play some music which I'll relax the customer.
They do have so many combos but the quantity is very less for a person.
The quantity will be enough for a kid and not apt for the adults.
They can increase the size of kema dosa like Anjapar. We should eat at least 2 of them.

According to their tagline meaning , we can eat only once by getting disappointed. No proper service and no taste. Please don't go and waste your money

Water Jug is not provided, Items are not coming with proper ingredients. I have ordered dragon chicken came with just tossed in sauce and capsicum..No Cashew or garlic toppings..In the ask they said cashews are not available...Bad taste and Worst experience.

Worst at all simply waste for money.
I ordered chicken biryani but they gave mutton rice with chicken quantity also very low while compared to budget all the menu items very costly also they have limited menu only with poor taste and quality. I strongly recommend my fellowmates to avoid this hotel.
