Went to Kathipara for the photobooth and had a tough time locating it. Since it was late and I wanted to keep dinner light, I searched for veg options nearby and found this place on Maps. The ambience is very simple and not great, but if you don't mind that, it's definitely a must-try spot for affordable veg food. The place is always crowded, which explains why the service can be a bit slow and sometimes communication gets missed - but that's expected given the rush. Tried a few items like Paneer Dosa, Rava Onion Dosa, Idly, and Plain Dosa - all of them were good. The sambar and the three varieties of chutney were also satisfying. Overall, a nice budget-friendly veg food stop if you're around Kathipara.

Horrific Food, Even Worse Customer Service - They Told Me Not to Come Back I feel compelled to write this review to warn others. My experience here was a masterclass in failure. The Food: Inedible. It was so poor that I felt obligated to provide feedback, hoping management might want to correct the issue. The Service: This is where the experience went from bad to unforgivable. I politely mentioned the issues with the food to our server, who dismissed it. Thinking a manager might care, I then spoke to the cash collector at the front. Their response was not an apology, not concern, but sheer arrogance. They openly stated that the low quality was the standard ("it will be like this") and then had the audacity to tell me, a paying customer, to "don't come here." Let that sink in. Instead of valuing feedback, they insult their patrons and tell them not to return. This is not just bad service; it is a toxic, contemptuous attitude towards customers. Final Warning: Save your money and your dignity. This hotel and its restaurant have zero respect for you. They have made it explicitly clear they do not want your business unless you are willing to accept their substandard offerings without complaint. A truly vile experience.

Worst service. that guy in Counter he behave like rude and worst behaviour.. Food quality is good but less quantity..

Here are no more restaurants in near so this restaurant have more crowded. Taste is okay but prices are mid level per idli 15 rupees dosa 60, 2 poori 60, pongal 60 rupees and quantity of pongal is very low not enough. Service wise many workers have so fast service. Some people say Compared with other restaurants here lowest price but food making products are cheaper one. Ex: they are using palm oil and butter is cheaper brand.

Food is good, I visited 4 to 5 times. Server's behavior changes with tip and without tip, they are directly asking me to tip extra even if i pay via gpay. Tip is mandatory or what? Not a single server does this, few are like this only. Very disappointed this kind of behavior in morning itself.
