We entered this 3.15 in the late afternoon on our way back to Bengaluru from our enjoyable but exhausting Hogenakkal trip. We ordered South Indian meals. We liked the usual A2B taste, quality and service. We enjoyed sipping perfect coffee after meals. We recommend and will definitely visit again.
Subject: Feedback on Poor Dining Experience at Hosur Branch Dear A2B Team, I would like to bring to your attention the very disappointing experience I had during dinner at your Hosur branch. 1. Service Issues: Even at the dining table, there was no one supervising or attending to customer needs. For example, we had to ask repeatedly if we needed extra sambar. 2. Food Quality: The Masala Dosai was not up to standard. The Paneer Tikka was undercooked, and the masala tasted boiled rather than properly prepared. 3. Billing Concerns: At the time of billing, when I tried to share this feedback with the staff, the person was only focused on the bill. Neither the bill nor the receipt was given to us properly. 4. Supervisor's Response: When I informed the supervisor, his response was very casual. He simply said, "If you come early, we would take action", which was highly unprofessional. Bill Details: Masala Dosai (2) - 220 Paneer Tikka (1) - 240 GST - 23 Total Paid - 483 We paid a premium price, but the quality of food and service was very poor. This experience has caused us great dissatisfaction. I request you to kindly take this matter seriously and ensure corrective action is taken at the Hosur branch so that other customers do not face the same issue. Looking forward to your response.
This outlet will not give you authentic a2b taste what you get in other outlets. The dosa and sambar tasted worst. Look at the Sev puri the way he prepared. Even street food wala prepare properly and presentation would be good.
Coffee is must in the morning for my hubby dear. Having Jumpstart our journey and crossing the outskirts of Bengaluru weaving through the traffic of Electronic city.... it was almost breakfast time for us. With perfectly placed boards to direct us to this restaurant at every juncture, we couldn't have missed this place. We were the first to occupy the service area, While the selfservice area was buzzing with a lot of people. We ordered a combo and relished it. The coffee wasn't great. We asked for extra decoction to enhance the flavour. Bfn.
Totally impressive & service food quality all are just perfect. And absolutely amazing experience. As a foodie I really enjoyed sambar rice a lot. My kid loved it too. The touch of coconut made me feel nostalgia.... I totally recommend.
