I often head for the stall that sells appom & dosai but as it has a long queue, I decided to try the Pandi Aya stall. The $1.50 plain thosai was 50% crunchy which provide great texture contrast to the other softer half. The chutneys were delicious & flavourful & the freshly friend vadai were an absolute delight at 80 cents each. The staff were friendly and patient also!
Order masala thosai at $2.50. I like the self-service gravy serving, and I take the appropriate amount of what I need. Less wastage.

Soaked with 3 difference sauces that brings out the burst of flavours for the dosai itself They have a special chili sauce that's fr fr tangy spicy taste bring me vrroom vrrroooom masarati to the moon babyy FINGERLICKING GOOD for the authentic experience
Had podi masala thosai accompanied with sambar and two chutneys. The thosai was crispy and tasty. The potato masala filling was fresh. For $3, it was quite a steal. The chutneys can be less diluted though. The other day, had idlis. Not too bad either.
