Had an amazing stay at Hotel Royal Plaza, Sikkim! The staff were super kind and made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious--every meal was a treat. Great hospitality all around. Would definitely come back!

One of the best hotels with good comfortable stay. It's a large property , descent , beautiful, aesthetically kept , well maintained and managed. The staff is courteous and food is really good, especially the buffet breakfast. I along with 7 family members stayed there for 1 day , then went to nearby places and after 6 days we had bookings at some other hotel at Gangtok, when we went to other hotel(hotel Summit) we were disappointed there and we again preferred to come back to ROYAL PLAZA, as they are really good hosts. It's a peaceful place and really a good star hotel , and the manager along with all staff members are always there for guests. We all highly recommend this place and would love to go back to Gangtok once again

The rooms were nice. The bed was good. The breakfast was good. Other than that there are a host of problems. It is under staffed. The food menu has nothing different to offer. The hakka noodles that we ordered had a load of oil in it. The chicken had been cooked to a crisp on low heat. So it felt as if we are chewing leather. The locks don't work properly all the time, but some of the staff did try to be helpful. The experience could have been much better.

Wonderful experience with corporative staff and mouth watering food. Very luxurious and comfortable stay. Beautiful property and good hospitality. Among the best in their category.
