From the moment we checked in, the hospitality and warmth of the team made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Captain Saurav, the manager, who ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. His calm presence and professionalism truly reflect the high standards of this resort. At the reception, Doma greeted us with a warm smile and made check-in smooth and effortless -- she was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a cheerful attitude. The in-house restaurant deserves a big round of applause too! The food was delicious -- fresh, well-prepared, and served with care. Sameer, who attended to our table, was absolutely wonderful. His service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and he made excellent recommendations from the menu. The resort's ambiance, view, and peaceful surroundings added to the charm. It's the kind of place where you can truly unwind and soak in the beauty of Gangtok. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sikkim. Thank you to the entire Udaan team for making our trip so memorable!
