In my whole life and time in many cities this has to be one of the worst tiffin services anyone can offer. Pathetic food, even pathetic packing and taste. I doubt if they buy food from indira rasoi and pack in your tiffin for hefty margins. The lady will take advance, gives ok food for 2-3 days and then serves absolute garbage and on cancelling she refuses to give the refund. She even say that you are paying so much and so you will get only this kind of money (my tiffin costed me 80 rs per meal which I think is not less). My suggestion is to buy fruits and eat then pay them your money for bad food. Don't compromise on your health as I suffered food poisoning after having lunch from them.
