Very cooperative, and understands the priority, need of customer. Good packaging. And if you want jain food on request they will provide that also.

So lemme explain...at the first i confused about the food quality, thinking like is this the reasonable price? Now after 10 days I'm writing this review here, yes surely they deserve a fair 5 star rating. Taste and hygiene in their food is mind blowing guys. Their behaviour is also very polite. Main thing is noticeable that from last Monday to now they didn't repeat the same menu twice,thrice in same week and just serving us in very reasonable price... Go for it. Thank you TOT :)

My sister takes food from them and they have no sense of time. They will deliver food 1 hour late and then talk rudely to customer. They say that customer should be understanding for try our tiffin's incompetence and lack of coordination. They make excuses that they don't have enough delivery partners. Rather than opening more franchises they should atleast properly invest in already functioning ones. Then they say we have toh deliver to 200 customers. How exactly are you delivering to 200 customers if you don't have delivery partners?! Absolutely pathetic.
