Initially, the service was fine, but since 23 July 2025, it has been nothing but excuses -- chef emergency, illness, and even a story about the chef's death. Every time they promised 'regular food from tomorrow,' but the food never arrived. Despite multiple messages and calls, they either give vague answers or switch off the phone. Extremely poor communication, zero reliability, and unprofessional behaviour. Definitely not a trustworthy service."
