Highly Unprofessional Conduct by Mr. Ajay Marakar, Manager - Rzekka Resorts, Doraha I wish to express my utmost disappointment and disapproval regarding the extremely unprofessional and discourteous behavior exhibited by Mr. Ajay Marakar, the manager at Rzekka Resorts, Doraha. Upon my arrival, the junior staff at the reception initially interacted with me politely. However, every action and decision appeared to be dictated by Mr. Marakar, to whom they continuously reported. When I presented my Driving Licence for identification, one of the staff members remarked that my picture was not clearly visible. I understood the concern and therefore offered my masked Aadhaar card from DigiLocker, a valid government document where the first eight digits are intentionally masked as per UIDAI norms. The junior staff member clicked a picture of the masked Aadhaar and showed it to Mr. Marakar, who -- in a rude, arrogant, and dismissive tone -- flatly declared, "We cannot give the room without a full Aadhaar." His abrupt manner and lack of basic courtesy were appalling and completely unbecoming of a person holding a managerial position in the hospitality industry. When I questioned him firmly, asking, "Under what authority are you denying a government-issued and digitally verified identity document?" he changed his tone, which only reinforced my suspicion that they might be indiscriminately capturing personal identification documents like Aadhaar and Driving Licences -- possibly for reasons other than verification. Such practices raise serious concerns about data misuse and privacy violations. This experience not only caused inconvenience but also reflected a total collapse of professionalism, sensitivity, and customer respect at Rzekka Resorts under Mr. Marakar's supervision. A manager should set an example of integrity and courtesy, not arrogance and hostility. I strongly urge the management and concerned authorities to take strict disciplinary action against Mr. Ajay Marakar and review the hotel's data-handling practices to ensure that guests' privacy and dignity are never compromised again.

Great hospitality!!! The food taste great and the staffs are good and they were neatly dress in their uniforms... Vjkram and Santosh were very great in helping my friend and I with our food and they are also polite, kind and of good company... I would like them to assist me on my next visit at Rzekka Resort... I'll totally recommend Rzekka Resort to my friends

I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant, and I need to call it out. The food might be tolerable, but the staff behavior ruined everything. In particular, Mr. Ajay was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Instead of being courteous to customers, he acted as if he was doing us a favor by simply taking the order. Hospitality is the soul of any restaurant, but clearly, the management here doesn't value customer respect. If staff like Mr. Ajay continue representing this place, I doubt it will win or keep loyal customers. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

Food taste was gud, but u wont get anything to eat, they dont want to serve, suppose their are 10 peope on the table, they will give the food to 2 people and run away, u will just keep looking at their waiter. We got drinks after saying them 4-5 time, never seen such poor service anywhere, in buffet u will get the menu presented but for chapatis u will keep searching for the waiter

Enjoyed our special time here. Mr. Vikas sudhaan and Mr vikram helped us & were amazing at the service. Food was also great
