I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience at this workshop. Not only was the repair service unsatisfactory, but the behaviour of your staff was also unprofessional and disrespectful. The repair was not carried out properly, and the issue with my car remains unresolved. This reflects either a lack of skill or care, both of which are unacceptable. On top of that, the staff I dealt with were rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to take responsibility or offer a proper solution. Despite of having cashless insurance the entire process was carried out in very unprofessional way. There were lots falws in carring out the entire billing process due to which I have to get financial burden. As a paying customer, I expect honesty, professionalism, and basic respect. Unfortunately, none of these were provided. This experience has caused inconvenience, wasted my time, and eroded trust in your service. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as the way customers are treated directly impacts your reputation. If improvements are not made, I cannot recommend your workshop to anyone and will consider sharing this experience publicly.
