The room is good but toiletries are not provided in the bathroom. The bath towels are hard and not so good quality. I told the reception for shower gel which was empty but they did not refill it. But staff behavior is good. Overall, it was an average stay.
Our recent stay at this hotel in Amritsar was unfortunately a very negative experience. We booked two rooms (after researching on Google & Booking.com) for our family vacation, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, the reality was far from our expectations (and the ratings which we are able to see). The rooms were not clean, with dirty bedsheets and topsheets. The bathrooms were equally unhygienic, filled with visible germs. The constant noise from the staff made it difficult to relax. The staff's behavior was also quite unhelpful. We were really disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues.

One of the best hotels near Harminder Sahib Gurudwara. The golden temple is almost 1.5 km from the hotel. Rooms are neat and clean and staff members are very polite and friendly. Parking space is available.
