This is my 15th and last dinning experience ever Tried the mushroom pakoda for 180 -- felt overpriced as there was very little mushroom and too much masala. the waiter's behavior was bad . When I complained, about mashroom pakoda the waiter rudely behave , arrogance and disrespect to customers. Never coming back.
Quality and service not good. Once I have paid Rs. 750 online and asked 750 cash by telling not received the amount, I have told and shown the payment slip also but not refunded my money.
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The food quality was very poor, and the staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional, almost as if they had no manners or basic courtesy. To make matters worse, I accidentally left my expensive night vision glasses there. When I called, they assured me that my glasses were safe with them and asked me to come and collect them. However, when I visited the restaurant, they flatly denied having them and claimed they had mistakenly informed me earlier. When I requested them to check the CCTV footage to verify what happened, they outright refused. This clearly shows their dishonesty and lack of responsibility. In my opinion, no one should visit such restaurants where customers are treated with such disrespect and their belongings are not safe.
One of the good restaurants in Parlakhemundi. Ambience is nice and calm. Not so rush you can enjoy your food peacefully. Food-4.5/5 Interior-4/5 Presentation-4/5 Price - 150-200 for one Staff and owner both were well behaved and friendly.
Food was very warest placements not goods stff was very lazy and looking reels in her mobail phone very important thing is food we ordered jeerarice ,methi paneer ,mushroom pokoda ,masala papad , chicken biriyani total item are not proper war to cook only one item mushroom pokoda just like eat but every dish are waste of money I spare don't go there even money is important for everyone so don't go there .....
