Location- This place is located near Sainik School,opposite to Micheal's Kitchen restaurant. If you are coming from Sainik School side,then from the gate,move 50 meters,there is lane going to the left. After that lane,there is a market complex and in that complex,there is a shop-Capital Electronics and SBI ATM is there. In front of those 2,this place is there. Food- They serve food with onion and garlic. Even if the food like vada,upma etc does not have onions in it but I did see some chopped onions there. So,I guess they must be using it in ghughuni and sambar. Better ask them for sure if you are not eating onion for some reason. They serve- Poori,Bara,Upma,Aloochop,Idli and Gulgula with ghughuni and Sambar. By the way,the food is good taste but the credit goes to ghughuni and sambar which is in fact the main hero.Even though I would not say,they are excellent but those 2 curries have very good taste,better than most places I have eaten where the taste is ordinary. I had 2 pooris,upma and 2nd time took some ghughuni and sambar. Total cost was Rs 25- Poori-10,upma-10 and curries -5. Good taste,okay price Pros- Good taste with okay price. If you want to have some breakfast with good ghughuni and sambar,one might try this place. Also there is Rabi Bhai Bike Workshop near by and also Tarini Motors(washing service,denting & painting work). So,if you have some repair,washing have to done for your 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler,you can enjoy food at this stall while your work is being done. Cons- Limited sitting arrangement,2 tables,8 chairs. They do have umbrellas so that sun does not affect that much and also the building behind provides shade. But since there is no mention of pure vegetarian or with onion and garlic, it confuses a little. Better to be sure to ask. One can sit in the congested place on the table or stand while eating. Also if not comfortable,better take parcel rather than eat. Verdict- Okay behaviour,I came to know that the owner of the shop was former security servicemen of my father's office which was near by. I recognized him and he also recognized me. We stayed in the campus from 1992 to 2011 and the security service was operational till then. After 2012,the service was replaced by ex-army men.
