Rating: 1 Star (0 Star for Service and Hospitality) Hotel Centre Park, Bhawanipatna - a total disgrace. Don't even think of staying here unless you want your money, time, and dignity destroyed. It is an embarrassment to hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stayed for a Week -- what should've been a peaceful trip turned into a disaster because of this pathetic, poorly run place that dares to call itself a hotel. This place doesn't understand service, hospitality, or even basic decency. * Gave 50 for a razor worth 25. No change returned. I asked for another razor or my balance -- they simply vanished. That's not service, that's petty theft.and it not about money, it about the Intension * On my checkout day, I gave 10 pieces for laundry, including high-end branded T-shirts and shirts. What I got back was a horror show -- 4 T-shirts and 1 shirt completely ruined after mixing them with a dupatta. Clothes discoloured, fabric spoiled. And now the real shame begins: Instead of having a manager, supervisor or even a responsible adult show up to address the issue, they started a childish blame game right in front of me -- like street-level fools, pointing fingers at each other. Then -- the most disgusting part -- they pushed the poor laundry boy forward like a scapegoat, expecting him to handle the situation alone, while the real culprits in management hid in the shadows like cowards. No leadership. No apology. No accountability. Not one of them had the guts to face me for any compensation of heavy loss. Their so-called "compensation"? A pathetic 160. As if that fixes the loss of expensive branded clothes or the insult I endured. Not a single "sorry." Not a single manager at checkout -- just new clueless faces pretending like nothing happened. To whoever owns or runs this hotel -- if you're even reading this: You are a disgrace. Your team lacks manners, training, and even basic human decency. You've turned what could've been a simple apology into a story of how horribly a guest can be treated. This hotel doesn't need renovation -- it needs a reality check. Rename it to: "Centre of Blame, Excuses, and Cowardice." Trust me -- if you value your time, money, and dignity, do NOT step foot in this place.

Stayed there for a week and when asked for laundry service they just ruined my branded shirts adding with some other clothes and stairs were here now. Their manager must pay for this I'm gonna file consumer rights and sue them to the court. This business is hospitaality industry where costumer are treated well n staff should maintain their dignitaries
