I think I would give your food taste 2 stars, but the behavior of the staff was really bad. We had ordered 2 biryanis, 10 naans, paneer curry, chicken curry (full plate), mushroom salt and pepper, and Manchurian. At first, when they served the mushroom salt and pepper, the staff member said it was baby corn salt and pepper. I told him I had ordered mushroom salt and pepper, but he started arguing and insisted that I had ordered baby corn salt and pepper--even though they were serving mushroom salt and pepper. Then he left. After that, our family kept waiting for the biryani for around 45 minutes. When we asked about it, they claimed we had never ordered it. I told them at least four times to bring the biryani, but they kept quietly arguing. Eventually, they served it. Lastly, due to a misunderstanding, it seemed like someone from our group had left a phone behind. My sister went and politely asked if any phone was left there. The staff gave an argumentative response. For some reasons, I didn't file a complaint at the reception, but the staff member behaved as if he was very over smart.
