This hotel is notorious for double booking. This has not happened only once but twice. It just happened that my cousin sister's engagement was sabotaged because apparently they had a 'misunderstanding' and informed only the night before the engagement. The so called warm blanket they are finding so much comfort in is to the point that they think that they can fool the public and take their money in the pretense of 'MISUNDERSTANDING'. Of course, they offered refund and a smaller place to shift to but however that is not we asked of their service. We asked to book a place where we could spend this beautiful event without being rushed outside.They are just chasing profit. They even had the audacity to set the microphones for the next event when the guests were dining.People if you want to book for important occasions like engagement or anything, do consider. So unprofessional and unethical.
