The Kori's in New Delhi has always been a comfort place for me, so finding an outlet in Aizawl was such a thrill! Vegan items that I stick to are gamjajeon, pajeon, kimchi jjigae, doenjang jjigae with rice, the veggie dosirak, veg japchae, tofu katsu cutlets, and hotteok. LOTS of vegan options.
