Hotel Ransam

Very bad experience. I checkout on MMT n Goibobo abt this hotel n it says Bathtube, bathrobe is available, thy even post pictures of it. But after i did booking i found out that thr is no any such amenities that are promised. Upon my call to the reception n whn I ask him this is fraud isn't? And to my horror the guy replied YES. Thy knw it thy are doing fraud yet. And the prices of food is too expensive.

The location of the hotel is a bit far but it has a peaceful place even the tho it's far.. The restaurant is is amazing with only a roof and has a wonderful view.... And even the room it's incredible.. Their service is Elecelent..

Nice place for to hang out with friends. Food is good and the staff are well behaved. I enjoy there and recocomend to evryone

Great place. Lovely views. Big nice rooms. Great rooftop bar and restaurant. Very hospitable staff. Gloria MP Timothy were great help. Ask for Gloria to seek for recommendations around. It's a newish hotel and coming to speed. So can give a bit desolate feeling. Breakfast can be better. Must explore. Esp if you wish to stay on other side of city with a lovely city view. See pics.

This hotel don't deserve even 1 star worst hotel ever in my history of staying in hotels. Poor management in serving food, poor management in serving buffet food, managers here are not well knowledgeable about their work they have no experience in handling guests. All they do is just smile when they cant solve the issue. Hotel owner i think running this hotel illegally because in aizwal liquour is ban and they are serving it openly. She also don't have knowledge about taxes. Think before staying in this hotel their smiles are all fake to attract guests. What can be more worse that their own staff says that this hotel is not good their management is not good. Their manager themselves say that their hotel owner don't know anything she dont know anything about how to run hotel and asked us to explain her about the billing process when we reach her she dont pick up the calls. No accountability and responsibility for their own hotel.. This hotel is not fit to serve large groups like 30 people.
