Why delivery agent charged 50 Rs for every delivery?It says free delivery while we order the items.

Why does the delivery agent demand extra 50rs in my pre paid order ? It's for every purchase... Please escalate the issue.

Even with free delivery orders from shopping apps, the delivery agents overcharge you with 50rs. Other delivery agents just charge you 20rs but this xpress bee overcharges you. I also heard complaints that they threaten you if you don't pay the extra charge.

Delivery guy charged me extra 50rs twice and he said if I didn't pay, he threatened to cancel my orders.
