I usually don't write reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. I have ordered food from this takeaway shop a few times, and unfortunately, each time I've faced the same issue, extreme delay. The shop is literally around 100 meters away from my place, and my orders were always small and just for myself, nothing complicated or large. Yet, on all three occasions, it took them nearly 50 minutes to prepare and deliver my food. What made the wait more frustrating is that the staff always gave excuses that didn't sound convincing. Instead of being upfront or apologetic, the reasons felt more like cover-ups for poor service. For such a short distance and a simple order, this kind of delay is honestly unreasonable. It left me waiting, hungry, and bored, and it feels unfair when there are plenty of other takeaways that manage to be quicker and more professional. I do want to mention that the food itself is decent, and the taste isn't the issue. But when service is this slow and communication is not honest, it really overshadows everything else. A good takeaway experience is not just about the food, it's about timely service and respect for the customer's time. Sadly, this place has disappointed me more than once, and unless they improve their efficiency and honesty, I would hesitate to recommend them.

Must say best Shawarma in Virar. It was heavily loaded with chicken, veggies and sauces, and they use brown bread. Very Hygienic, quick service. We had chipotle and hot and spice both were fire. Try hot and spicy on your own risk

Delicious food with amazing quality.. loved their packaging style. Ordered Chicken Thali... Chicken Sukka was mouthwatering. Chicken gravy was quite spicy. Chapati is very big in size but not roasted fully. Refresh full Solkadi. You can say truly homemade food. Value for money as they serve amazing food quality. Staff is polite and so attentive.

This is the first cloud kitchen in Virar to serve Mangela Koli Food! They also serve the best Malvani Food & even Brown Bread Shawarma. The taste is too good. Also, they have exciting offers on food. Definitely a place worth trying!
