I never write such big reviews but this one deserves it. This review is strictly about the service and not food as i never got to taste the food. One of the worst customer service i have ever seen from an owner herself. All reviews seem fake. My mom got into an accident so i thought of looking for tiffin options around the area. contacted Ruchi directly to inquire about the cost and understand my options. First time she responded very well. She told me i would have to pay in full for sampling as well and i was okay with that. I asked her to get me sample tiffin on a saturday on whatsapp chat. She didnt reply. Then i realized that it was a holiday for her and may be thats why she didnt reply to me. So later i ordered on a weekday. She replied very late to my msg asking me what did i wanted. I asked her about the available options and she never replied back to my message. I also called her the next day about it. A random person picked up the call and told me very convieniently that ruchi wasnt available and that she will call me back when she is. I never received a call back from her after that. I believe this kind of behavior is very unprofessional specially when you are charging the highest amount of money than the competitors in your area and people still want to try you out for the first time. Personally i dont think i suffered too much because i have many options to choose from but this kinda attitude where you cant even keep your promises to make the first sale is super lethargic and ignorant in my opinion. I hope Tuchi gets better with her customer service in future.

Ruchi's kitchen is simply the best! It's been a month, I receive tiffin from them and trust me the food that they make is well cooked, mouth watering, super delicious, hygenic and packed properly, not a single day I felt like the food wasn't upto the mark. Moreover, Ruchita maam who is the owner is so humble and she would customize the food as per your preference. Thank you Ruchi's kitchen!
