Sai Naivedyam Restaurant

I'm a YouTuber and recently visited Shirdi with my family. We went for dinner at this open-to-sky restaurant located just opposite the Sai Baba Temple. The ambience was lovely, the food was delicious, and the rates were quite reasonable. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, which added to the positive experience. However, I was disappointed with the wait staff. They seemed unprofessional, more engaged in their own conversations than attending to customers. They also lacked basic knowledge about the menu, which was frustrating. I would strongly recommend improving the service quality, as it affects the overall experience. Other than that, I really liked the place and would still consider visiting again.

One of the best vegetarian restaurants near Sri Sai Temple. At the entrance, there's an open-air seating area that looks neat and clean--perfect for quick bites or even a relaxed meal. The restaurant offers both table service and a self-service section, catering well to different customer preferences. The indoor section provides a fine dining experience with air conditioning. Though the interiors could use a little improvement, the ambiance is still quite comfortable. Food: The food was excellent! The Maharashtrian thali was simply awesome--loaded with a variety of items, each exceeding expectations. Every dish in the thali was well-balanced in taste and beautifully prepared. Service: Service was equally impressive. The staff were polite, attentive, and ensured a smooth dining experience. Price: The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of food and the overall dining experience. Overall: A truly satisfying experience. A great family-friendly restaurant to savor delicious vegetarian food near the temple.

The worst experience till date in Shirdi. The restaurant guys are so indecent and rude. Instead of taking care of customer service they are showed attitude and arrogance. Even the manager supported this. Just before we closes the bill they had a quarrel with another customer because they were served cold food. We had ordered rasam which was too spicy to consume for my elderly parents. When I complained they said "rasam aisa hi hota hai" instead of taking care of it. Then we had ordered chilly paneer which had hair in it. When we complained they came back with a replacement almost 30minutes later when we had finished our dinner. We obviously returned the dish but still they charged us double for it. When we went ahead and complained to the manager, he started behaving rudely and didn't check with the staffs. Please don't visit them ever. They are frauds.

Good food just in front of Gate 1 of temple. Quite good food in North Indian and South Indian cuisine with some local delicacies. South Indian food with Noth Karnataka touch (English translation - sambar was sweet) North Indian food was best a non-North Indian can make... We ordered some kadak rotis which was duly served. Didn't order a thali but it looked delicious. Wask basin was clean, restaurant looks was hygienic.
