Chaturthi Pure Veg

Chaturthi Pure Veg is a fantastic place for vegetarians! The food is delicious, and the service is quick. I highly recommend trying the Poha, Sabudana Vada, Khichdi, and Misal Pav--all were really tasty. The restaurant is clean, with neat restrooms, and has a nice vibe. Plus, there's plenty of parking space! The owner is friendly and made sure we had a great experience. Definitely a place to stop by if you're on the Pune-Nasik highway!

Parking & Infrastructure: * The restaurant offers ample parking space, which is convenient and appreciated. * The infrastructure is well-designed and visually appealing, creating a positive first impression. 2. Reception & Seating: * Guests are greeted by staff upon entry and promptly assisted with seating. * Initial seating at a side table was poorly arranged -- the gap between the couch and table made dining uncomfortable. * Seating at the central area was more appropriate and offered better comfort. 3. Ambience & Ventilation: * The interior decor is tasteful and creative, enhancing the overall ambiance. * However, the ventilation is inadequate. At 10 PM, the dining area was uncomfortably hot. * There were no air coolers or fans, leading to a stuffy and suffocating atmosphere. 4. Service & Responsiveness: * After placing the order for starters, no staff followed up for the main course. * Basic service elements such as tissues, cutlery, ketchup, and condiments were delayed and had to be repeatedly requested. * The waiting time for essentials was excessive and reflected poor operational flow. 5. Staff Coordination & Management: * There appeared to be a significant lack of coordination among the wait staff. * Communication issues and inattentiveness were evident throughout the visit. * The managerial staff displayed little to no engagement or oversight, which is concerning for a hospitality establishment. 6. Hygiene Standards: * Hygiene practices were noticeably lacking. Waiters were seen passing dishes hand-to-hand. * Glasses were handled improperly, with fingers placed inside the rims while serving. * Such practices raise valid concerns about the restaurant's cleanliness protocols. 7. Food Quality & Portion: * The food tasted good -- not extraordinary, but certainly acceptable. * Portion sizes were generous, particularly the gravies, which were more than average in quantity. * However, the proportion was off -- the gravies were overloaded while key ingredients like kaju and mushrooms were noticeably scarce. This imbalance affected the overall dish experience. 8. Overall Experience: * While the infrastructure and ambiance are commendable, the restaurant falls short in several critical areas -- notably service quality, customer handling, comfort, and hygiene. * Immediate attention is required in staff training, management involvement, and operational standards to meet the basic expectations of a satisfactory dining experience.

Quality of Food is Up to the Mark. Perfect and Wonderful Ambiance. Tried Veg Spring Roll , Paneer Shole Masala , Cold Coffee as well. Good for Children as Mickey Mouse will Play the role to engage them ! Must Visit. Thank Me Later. anndaataa sukhii bhv!!

Surprisingly high class, very tasty food, hygiene is maintained, staff is superb in hospitality... 5 star service. And atlast but not the least rates are like we got 50% discount. Super satisfied.
