Rating: 2/5 Food quality is good, but the service is extremely poor. They served the sabji first and brought the rotis after 10 minutes, by which time the sabji had turned cold. When asked about the delay, the waiter replied, "There's a lot of work, so we can't serve fast," -- which is not a professional response. The food quantity is very less compared to the price, so overall it feels like spending a lot of money without getting proper service. Definitely not satisfied with the experience.

Hotel Maharaja is best in Phaltan for their food, services and rooms. Hotel manager is very friendly and he know how to deal with customers! We are glad that we have such a best place in Phaltan.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Maharaja.The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated delicious breakfast buffet & convenient location close to local attractions The entire property was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in Phaltan. I'll be back for sure!

Worst hotel (restaurant) visited ever. On 8 july 2025, at 8:30 PM we visited their restaurant with our 1 year old baby. We were total four members + baby. When we visited, there 6 members place was available to seat but they told us you are only 4 and available place is for 6 people so you can't seat here and they told us to go to garden cottage on the backside. We went to garden cottage and their arrogant servant told us here place is available for 8 members so you can't seat here as you are only 4 members. Then we told about this issue to manager present there and we found that he is also not concern about our issue. He just ignored Finally we leaved and visited sairatna hotel. Very ridiculous and poor behaviour by hotel maharaja staff. They don't even care about our little one. They are ready to wait for 6 and members to come instead of giving us space to seat for our 4 members. This is worst experience of life of visiting this restaurant, never had this type of experience. Owner should look into the matter We will suggest you never visit this hotel or restaurant The staff is very arrogant and mannerless. You will get very bad experience. There are many good restaurants are available in Phaltan. Visit any restaurant but never visit this cheap place.

The receptionist was extremely arrogant and rude. He doesn't know how to talk to customers. When I asked for some basic requirements, his response was, "Take it or leave it, our hotel is always full, we don't need to provide service to customers." This kind of attitude is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
