Unprofessional. Expect us to sit idle all day waiting for their tiffin as per their schedule and when you point out their late delivery, they cancel leaving you hungry and out of time to order from somewhere else. Hygeine is also unsatisfactory as I found hair in their dry vegetable more than once but ignored due to their pure vegetarian service.
Deserves 0 star. Terribly managed. Takes full advance for 3 days trail,serves 1 less dish on first day, doesn't send lunch entirely the next day after promising that the person is on the way. Customer service has no explanation. Has promised refund. Given the lack of basics, I doubt I will ever see my money back. Portions are pathetic too.
