I attempted to place a tiffin order by calling them to inquire about delivery to my location. They confirmed delivery service and requested my address, which I provided. However, subsequent calls to the restaurant have gone unanswered. Service is very poor.

Recently I have ordered tiffin for 10 days straight as my parents were out. Never felt that I'm having food from outside Same as home cooked food, hygienic,simple, delicious. Especially Chicken masala and Varan bhat. Highly recommended

Pathetic experience: I'm new to this neighbourhood, I tied up for a monthly package almost a week back and the food was delivered only once! Every other instance I've had to order food at the 11th hour from somewhere else, putting a hole in my pocket. Upon calling they don't answer and if by some chance they do answer, they have someone else to blame for the mishap. It's criminal that a businessman does not have the required professionalism to handle the pressures of the food industry! A senior citizen has been made to have food late for a consecutive week because of you, shame on you Sai Ganesh Tiffin Services! I wish I could give rip you off of all your star ratings!
