I recently visited On The Way Hotel on Agashi Road, Virar West, and had an excellent experience. I tried their biryani and paneer tikka masala, and both dishes were absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, perfectly spiced, and freshly prepared. The service was quick, and the ambiance was comfortable for a relaxed meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy tasty food in Virar West!
My experience here has been good with whatever I ordered. The quality is good, and the taste is nice too -- all at a reasonable price. A good option for regular orders!
Edited on 18/11/2023 - ordered lolipop which was chunky and filling, hot and sour soup was good also we ordered dal khichdi which was delicious. Staff has improved, the service is better and the ambience too. Hopefully returning soon. written on 14/06/2022 Once upon a time it was the top most hotel in virar. Sadly the quality of service has degraded incredibly. Though the food is tasty, the hotel is very dim lit. Few days back when I visited this place there was water flowing near the drink counter, the restroom did not have water in it, the cleaner was sweeping the floor while we were having our food ( for me that's the most disgusting part to see someone sweep whilst eating). The female staff is least bothered about the customer her answers are vague and she seems to be very irresponsible. An elderly staff who attended us was polite and helpful, but he needs training too. Not recommending this place.
Wonderful experience,been here with my family several times and On The Way has never disappointed us with anything.Scrumptious food,amazing aesthetics,quick and efficient service,great hospitality.would recommend any day of the week
We had an extremely bad experience. We had ordered Goan fish curry only after asking the chef if it is authentic. To our surprise, they served us a generic masala gravy which was unexpected as we had asked them prior ordering. The fish fry was raw inside. They did try to save the day by serving us with the same on re-frying it which made it even worst coz of too much semolina and oil. Truly pathetic sea food. We have spent our hard earned money only to get served worst food. Take this feedback constructively and atleast be honest with the customers and then serve food.
