The food here was genuinely very good -- flavorful, well-cooked, and felt authentic. The restaurant also has a nice local touch, with many pictures of well-known Marathi actors who have visited and dined here, which adds a sense of pride and tradition. However, my overall experience was badly affected by the extremely dirty washroom. It was honestly one of the most unhygienic I've ever seen in a restaurant. For women especially, this makes it highly inconvenient and uncomfortable to visit, no matter how good the food is. Cleanliness and hygiene are equally important as taste, so I'm deducting three stars purely because of the poor washroom maintenance. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously -- the food deserves better surroundings.

Overpriced & portions are very less. They served us Fish Thali with 2 different fish curries, but both the curries were without fish & upon asking they simply told us that fish is finished (This they could have informed us earlier). There are very good other famous & good(w.r.t. Cost, Taste & Quantity) options very close to this location. Taste of food at Swami is good, but they should improve on Quantity & Cost. As they are famous, they need to keep up to their reputation, which is badly missing.

Overhyped and Underwhelming This place is all hype with nothing to back it up. The service was incredibly slow -- longer for someone to take our order. When the food finally arrived, it was completely tasteless and lacked any real flavor or effort. For the price and the hype, I expected way more. Definitely not worth the time or money. Would not recommend.

The staff was very rude. Service is very slow. They only give fast service to celebrities, not common people and this is my personal experience. I ordered special chicken thali and they took more than 30 min to serve the order. Also there is no coordination within staff. After this kind of service, me and my sister left the place with an empty stomach.

Go here if you are hungry, no energy to find other restaurant and ready to shed more money. Food first of all is very much average . We have ordered surmai thali, gravy was literally non edible. Surmai was fresh though but if u compare with other eateries nearby you get better food for lesser price. Special Chicken thali was good but price is not justifiable here. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
