I just wanted to share my thoughts about our recent experience at the Welcome Hotel. It was quite frustrating when the manager informed us that the A.C. cabin is reserved for families only. Considering we are friends, it felt unfair to be categorized this way. Honestly, I think it's a poor service practice. It's disappointing to be turned away like that, especially when we were looking forward to enjoying our time there. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there unless they make some changes.
