There are a couple of cake shops near "Cake World," one of which is the newly opened "*2." However, my experience there was disappointing due to rudeness and a lack of professionalism. On the other hand, the staff at "Cake World" was highly professional in their communication, demeanor, and posture. They truly understood the importance of customer satisfaction. The cake was not only delicious but also crafted perfectly, exactly as I had requested. The chocolate chip flavor with less cream and more sponge was a hit, and everyone loved it. Also, I appreciate the complimentary gifts - thank you!
It was my kid's 5th birthday and we had planned a getaway with family at Karjat. The next question was from where to book his cake. I came across The Cake World through Google and had booked kids cake from them. First of all the staff , especially Priya was humble enough to answer my calls and queries for cake selection , finalising Fire Cake(Dutch Truffle). Cake was ready on time , with minor issue of Name which was very promptly resolved. Next , the taste , it was awesome , not only satisfying taste buds of kids but also adults. I must say , it is one of the best cake shop in Karjat. Only one cons , that they don't deliver which may be troublesome for those who can't arrange for same by self.
