A Zomato order for a "Special Thali" went wrong as the concerned restaurant failed to add/deliver couple of food items - Snack : Koshimbir Wadi/Thecha, and Chutney while packing. On top of it, while on a conference call along with Zomato customer care lady, the restaurant owner lady justifies senselessly that Salad (Onion, Cucumber etc) and Snack (Koshmbir Wadi/ Thecha) both are one and the same. It seemed for the first time, she was reading out loud and confirmed the mentioned food description on Zomato app. Awesome right? Finally, she cut the call midway, rudely, without justifying the reason for missing food items. Quantity and Taste too for the price paid is average!
