Worst possible experience with TATA cars, bought a latest Curvv EV 4 months ago. Suddenly stopped working showing error "CRITICAL ALERT CONTACT SERVICE CENTER". Contacted dealership guy told us hard reset by disconnecting battery. Car is unlocked and unresponsive. Stranded in a remote location. If such things happen how should we recommend TATA cars. Ps: Email Id mentioned in the auto generated reply does not exist.
