Worst possible experience with TATA cars, bought a latest Curvv EV 4 months ago. Suddenly stopped working showing error "CRITICAL ALERT CONTACT SERVICE CENTER". Contacted dealership guy told us hard reset by disconnecting battery. Car is unlocked and unresponsive. Stranded in a remote location. If such things happen how should we recommend TATA cars. Ps: Email Id mentioned in the auto generated reply does not exist.

Buying a car is simple, whar matters is the post sales Service and I am satisfied with Satish Motors (car division). Staff people are good with their task, i get a reminder call well in advance, so i never missed the service dates as per company intervals. Just one request if you can shift your body shop in the town, so it will be all under one roof........

Recently, I purchased a Tata Altroz from Satish Motors and unfortunately, I feel cheated in my deal. During the booking, Salesperson Vivek Jadhav assured me that mud flaps and mats would be provided free of cost. However, despite multiple follow-ups, these have not been provided, and I have only received excuses. This clearly feels like a fake commitment made just to close the booking. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Satish Motors and ensure all commitments are taken in writing. In addition, during the PDI itself, I had informed them that one of the vehicle lights was not working. Despite highlighting it before delivery, they did not resolve it and instead asked me to visit the workshop -- for a brand-new vehicle. This clearly shows their lack of responsibility and customer care. I rarely post negative comments, but this experience has been disappointing.

I have booked nexon from them later on purchased from other showroom near by me, then I asked for refund of booking amount it's 30 days till refund is not done. They will promise everything till u buy from them after words they will make false excuses very bad experience.

As i have visited to satish moters for buying a car and o got patahtic service at your showroom. As a customer, I expected a more professional and helpful experience when visiting a reputed brand. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the basic expectations of customer service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that such behavior or lack of service does not continue, so other customers do not face similar inconvenience.
