Kings Nest PG Accommodation For Working Men

This pg has best location in the town though it's the worst i have ever seen. Good space to park your vehicle, but caretaker will taunt you unnecessary Huge infrastructure but you cant get space to live though it far more expensive than its services They will claim they have water resources but only for 2 or 3 peoples after that water runout They provide washing machine but you cant wash your clothes because of the lack of water And if have ball to complaint to the care taker then he'll talk with you very rudely like he's owner of the pg and your living free of cost You can not have out side meals in pg you can only take tiffins from caretaker They provide dormitory for prize 3500 where in a space of 5 peoples they put 12 people bed and all those having only 3 attached washroom

Location - 5 star Service - 4 star Pros : Good Location on of the top notch area - Food is also Good. Nice Facility such as wifi, Washing Machine ,Water heater and also provides cooler in summer + 24 hrs assitance from care taker. Cons : Shaby rooms need refurbishment

I had a really horrible experience recently. I was planning to stay here for a while and arrived looking at good reviews and images from Google. The PG incharge greeted me and asked me to follow him to the room. But it was such a shock, he was leading me into a maze turning some 4-5 times. The room I got i.e the leftover one was literally like a dungeon with no windows or any form of ventilation. The walls were pretty old and worn out and there was not even a proper roof, it was a sheet with a poorly fitted fall ceiling which had gaps through which water was leaking when it drizzled. Those gaps in the roof and through the bathroom door are the only form of ventilation you get here. I should have been cautious when I saw a room whose picture was not there on Google at all. It was a really bad mistake from my side for planning to stay here in the room I got and I shifted to a different place as I couldn't handle more than 2 days here. Whomever planning to stay here, kindly ask the incharge for a picture of the room he alloted/free so you can decide and choose properly as there are other rooms which are decent.

Not recommended at all. They have very unclean washrooms. Many a times cleaner is found drunk. They are serving tea in morning and the thermos which they are using is unhygienic. Rooms do not have any kind of ventilation. And worst thing is this PG do not have any rules or regulations, the caretaker used to abuse while fighting with guests on stupid things. Edited: This is my reply to owner who have responded to review after a year. 1. I know the pattern whenever someone writes truth you will just try to prove him wrong first before accepting the real situation 2. And wake up to reality and visit the washrooms, ask people about caretaker's behaviour 3. And yes to be honest caretaker has his own Pg running in his flat just for your information.

The PG is really good. The caretakers are even more friendly & understanding. I spent 3 months here. Never had any issues. They also provide tiffin services. Anyone looking for a pg accommodation in sambhaji nagar should do not more research & staight away go to this PG.
