Plus the rooms are a delight! We stayed for 2 nights in their club room. Huge space plus beautifully done room with twin sinks in the ensuite!
Plus a huge terrace attached with the room!
Not to mention the absolutely delicious buffet breakfast with wide option from Indian, south indian and continental options!

Very bad service by managers, front desk workers. Managers are very rude never smile 0% welcoming. Phones never works so you cannot get to the front desk or managers. Particularly manager name PRAVIN was very rude not welcome at all a he also lost one of our family members Adhar card. And he wasn't even sorry for it. They kept the adhar card at the desk for whole day never gave back, and when we discovered that we haven't got it back and we asked him about it he said why didn't we remember to take it back you should have took it back. It set there for the whole day and nobody called us to get it and instead he's accusing us for it. Very poor service by managers. The company owners should definitely look into their staff, howevere house keeping staff was very polite, nice always helping and welcoming. They have done good job traing their housekeeping but the managers and front desk they are the worst. When we asked front desk why do you guys don't pick up phones they told us its a dead line. The Hotel its self is good, food was amazing very tasty very nice service for food we really liked it. They need to work on their front staff and managers. Because they are the face of the hotel.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel, the way they treats the very people who bring them business. As a tour manager, my role is to ensure guests have a smooth and comfortable experience -- something this hotel clearly doesn't value beyond its customers' stay.
After managing an entire group's booking here, I was shocked to be told to freshen up in the drivers' dormitory -- a place so unhygienic and poorly maintained that even drivers hesitate to use it. It's unacceptable that a reputed property like this shows such disregard for tour managers, who are the backbone of their group bookings and reputation.
I sincerely hope the management reflects on this feedback and immediately improves facilities for tour managers. Respect and basic hygiene should not be optional.

Rooms are spacious but the service is very bad. You ask for one thing they will deliver it after 1 hour that to after a lot of reminders. The Rooms are big but so extremely dirty we found cigarettes in balcony changed the room. Then there were pubic hairs in bathroom a lot. It was so dirty we hardly stayed in the room. We paid high prices but got very dirty unhygienic room to stay. There is no one to talk about managers mostly unavailable to talk so no solutions to anything.
I don't know what people are praising this place is unhygienic and overpriced.
