I recently visited Annu South Indian Restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the most satisfying dining experiences I've had in a long time. As the name suggests, the restaurant specializes in authentic South Indian cuisine, and it truly lives up to its reputation. The moment I entered, I was welcomed with the aroma of fresh spices and a warm, cozy atmosphere. The interiors are simple yet neat, with comfortable seating arrangements suitable for families, friends, and even solo diners. The staff were polite, attentive, and ensured that every guest felt at home. Coming to the food, the variety is outstanding. I started with their Idli-Sambar, and it was nothing short of perfect. The idlis were soft and fluffy, while the sambar was rich, tangy, and full of flavor. The highlight of my meal was the Masala Dosa--crispy on the outside with a generous potato filling inside, served with three types of chutneys that were fresh and delicious. I also tried their Medu Vada, which was golden, crunchy, and paired beautifully with coconut chutney. For the main course, the Curd Rice was refreshing and balanced, a perfect end to the spicy dishes. What impressed me most was the authenticity of flavors. Unlike many restaurants that alter spice levels to suit everyone, Annu stays true to traditional South Indian taste. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable for the quality offered. Hygiene was also well maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend Annu South Indian Restaurant to anyone craving authentic South Indian food. Whether it's a quick breakfast, a wholesome lunch, or a relaxed dinner, this place delivers consistently good food with genuine hospitality. It's a must-visit for all food lovers, especially those who appreciate the rich culinary traditions of South India.
