Visited Chicking yesterday with hopes of enjoying a meal, but it was a complete disaster from start to finish. I specifically ordered chicken-loaded fries, but when I reached home, I found out they had packed the wrong order. When I called the store to inform them, not only did they fail to acknowledge their mistake, but they were outright rude, almost blaming me for ordering the wrong item. I politely explained that we hadn't touched the food, but the staff member on the phone lacked basic manners and showed no intention of resolving the issue. The lack of care and service here is appalling, and the staff's attitude is unacceptable. If you're thinking of getting a meal from here, honestly, just avoid this place. You'll get terrible service, and who knows what food they'll end up giving you!
