During my three-day trip to Trivandrum, I dined at this restaurant for all my meals, initially impressed by the food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness. I planned to give it a 5-star rating but reduced it to 2 stars after a concerning discovery on the last day. Despite the waiter claiming they used sunflower oil on the first day, I saw a delivery of six cans of palmolein oil, raising doubts about the oils used in their cooking. Given the high prices, this lack of transparency feels like a betrayal of customer trust for profit. Attached picture as evidence.
