I am resident of Thalassery. But I'm very sorry to mention here about the biriyani I purchased from here. I didn't had such a worst biriyani in my life time. So the authority should take an immediate action to clear the problem in with the restaurant.
Very nice accommodation. Affordable rate for AC and non AC rooms. Hot water is available for 24 hours. The restaurant is also functioning inside the hotel.
The floor manager's behavior was extremely unprofessional and arrogant, which made the overall experience quite unpleasant. It's hard to say whether the owners are aware of this or have simply stopped caring about the standards of their restaurant. Honestly, he comes across more like a grumpy government bank manager than a restaurant floor manager If you're thinking of visiting with your family, you might want to reconsider -- the staff's attitude could easily ruin your outing.

Poor service ... pathetic manager Manager guy needs to learn some manners.. we are customers , coming there to have food & hope he is not at the thought that he is giving us free food from his home . U cant juz tell the customer that " this is the only seats we have , u can stand near any table & catch it whenever its empty ". every standard restaurants have the facility for the waiting customers & courtesy to arrange seats for them ... Good food is available at many places ; but to have a sustained fame & buisness u need to have good management , descent managers , proper cleanliness & adequate staff ..
