Taste Mantra Restaurant

I recently purchased beef kondattam from this restaurant, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The beef was not cooked properly - it was tough, chewy, and unpleasant to eat. For a dish priced at 380, I expected proper cooking and good quality. I was informed that the parcel would be ready in 20 minutes, but it was delivered after 30 minutes. While a delay alone might be forgivable, the combination of poor food quality and late delivery made the experience unacceptable. The food was not eaten at all and had to be deposited to waste, resulting in a total waste of money. I am attaching a photo for reference to show the actual condition of the dish received. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves both the cooking quality and service standards so customers don't face such situations in the future.

Nice ambiance and good food.. Hospitality also very good. One of the best in the area.. Open Kitchen gives a hygiene feel.. Not a big one.. but it is very calm and nice one.. Price seems to be bit high..

Big fried fish It's no wonder they take such great care with their food traditions: each dish is well prepared with passion. Super attention from the wait staff and the servers. Parking by the side street. Quick to deliver all orders, saving us precious time. Basic toilets and wash area. Visible kitchen. The floor was oily and slippery, so tricky to walk on the floor !

Awesome food; loved the naadan variety just as mentioned in menu. Overall the taste was very good, it was open kitchen as well. Fresh food.

One of the newest entrants as fine-dine restaurant around Guruvayur city. Recommended mainly for their non veg varieites. Enough parking for 6-8 cars near the entrance and multiple two wheelers around the corner. We tried kalyana biryani along with thattukada style chicken fry. Food was tasty and their staff service was exceptional. Wait time was around 15-20 mins for preparation. You can try out other signature dishes by Chef Dilip including the Ghee Rice combos. Ambience was little noisy as it was crowded when we visited. Management can consider installing more anti-fly devices to get rid of fly disturbance.
